Job Description

Arctic Range Adventure, one of Yukon’s leading outdoor adventure companies, is looking for an exceptional Field Operations Supervisor (full-time).

A Field Operations Supervisor is the heartbeat of a tour company. While guests see unforgettable moments, this role is the one that makes those moments possible.

Every day brings a new adventure. From coordinating guides and vehicles to solving unexpected challenges in real time, a Field Operations Supervisor ensures that every tour runs safely, smoothly, and beyond expectations. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating memorable journeys. Success isn't measured only by schedules and logistics—it's reflected in the smiles of guests, the confidence of the team, and the stories travelers take home.

A great Field Operations Supervisor combines leadership with hands-on action. They mentor guides, coordinate daily operations, maintain the highest safety standards, and continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience. They lead by example, inspiring their team through professionalism, positivity, and a passion for exploration.

It offers the opportunity to work in remarkable places, meet people from around the world, and make a meaningful impact every single day. It's a career that rewards initiative, resilience, and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
