Relax, unwind and soak up the peaceful ambiance of the Northern Lights Resort and enjoy a fun summer day in and around Whitehorse. Located just 20 minutes south of Whitehorse, this little piece of paradise is a highly recommended getaway destination! Our five days (four nights) wellness package takes you to a hideaway located in a quiet open countryside close to the Yukon River, surrounded by pine forests and ringed by mountains. Built from massive Douglas Fir and to meet European standards by your German-Canadian hosts, the 3600 sq foot lodge features a luxurious great room for guest gathering, relaxing, breakfast and dinner use with a dramatic panoramic view of the Yukon River valley and the mountain range. Guests stay in a well-appointed log cabin featuring a large living/bedroom with fireplace, adjacent kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The spa / wellness area is located in the main building and features a finish sauna, steam sauna, whirlpool, rest room and a room for massage treatments.
The surroundings are perfect for relaxing in the guest lounge, the large deck or the privacy of your own cottage, enjoying the spectacular views of the Northern Lights.

ARRIVAL WHITEHORSE

From the airport we drive you to your hotel located in the centre of Whitehorse. After a relaxed dinner we will pick you up from the hotel for our evening program at the famous AuroraCentre. One of the most sought-after Northern experiences, a Yukon summer vacation is only complete with viewing the aurora borealis cascading across the Yukon night sky. Accommodation: Whitehorse Hotel

NORTHERN LIGHTS RESORT

In the morning you can join one of our optional half day tours and in the early afternoon you will be picked up to transfer to the Northern Lights Resort. Take a walk or hike, or simply relax in the comfort of your guest cottage, or cozy up to the fire in the guest area of the great room. Relax in our spa. Dine in the great room this evening.
