Dear Visitor & Guest

As the world continues to take strong measures to fight the spread of the COVID-19 virus, our thoughts and wishes go out to those of you, your friends, and loved ones that may have been afflicted.

As with many of our hotel, airline, and attraction partners in the travel industry, the team at Arctic Range Adventure wants to ensure that we do everything we can to accommodate our customers who currently have tour reservations and are not able to travel to our location, as well as those planning travel for the season 2021-2022. To this end, we are relaxing our standard policies regarding booking cancellations and modifications.

If you choose to cancel, you will be issued a 100% store credit that can be redeemed towards the total price of a new reservation made within twelve months from the change date. Please note that Arctic Range Adventure tour customers that choose to change the reservation inside of the 15-day window before pick-up may be subject to hotel cancellation fees that we are not able to recover.

If you haven’t made your travel reservations for the season 2021-2022 yet, we want you to book with peace of mind knowing that the above policies will also apply to any new bookings until April 15th, 2022. If you have any questions, or for assistance with your existing or future tour booking, please feel free to reach out to us.

We wish everyone a safe and healthy season and we are looking forward to welcoming our guest again.

Sincerely,
Team Arctic Range Adventure
